Some orders may ship separately when products originate from different fulfillment locations or partners.
After shipment confirmation, order modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
If delivery exceeds the maximum timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy, contact us and we will review the order for possible support, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Our store operates using Shopify infrastructure; however, all purchases are made directly with LUVANYO.
