SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with LUVANYO.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.


2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

After shipment, orders generally arrive within 8–14 business days, depending on destination, fulfillment location, carrier performance, and product availability.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Holiday shipping volume
• Customs processing (if applicable)
• Regional delivery limitations
• Fulfillment partner delays

Shipping time begins after processing and shipment.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after shipment, please contact us and we will review the situation.


3. TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking is provided for eligible orders.

A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent after shipment.

Tracking updates may require 2–5 business days to appear depending on the carrier.


4. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Orders may arrive in multiple packages when products are shipped from different warehouses, suppliers, or fulfillment partners.

Separate tracking numbers may be issued where applicable.


5. DELIVERY DELAYS & SHIPPING ISSUES

LUVANYO is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather events
• Customs processing
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Carrier disruptions
• High seasonal shipping volumes

Once an order has shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with carrier-related issues.


6. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

If address corrections are needed, contact us immediately.

Address changes may not be possible after processing begins.


7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, LUVANYO primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and related fees.


8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows Delivered but the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may assist in carrier investigations or claims where applicable.

Replacement or refund eligibility may depend on carrier findings and case review.


9. RETURNS RELATED TO SHIPPING
