RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At LUVANYO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and related requests are handled.


1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days of the item delivery date.

The return period begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking information.

All returns require prior authorization.

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be in good condition
• Not show excessive wear, damage, stains, odors, or misuse
• Include accessories, components, and parts originally received where applicable

Opening product packaging does not automatically make an item ineligible.

Original packaging is appreciated but may not be required when products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items showing significant use, physical damage, missing parts, contamination, excessive wear, or conditions preventing resale may not qualify unless the item arrived defective.


3. HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, contact us:

Please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for the return
• Photos or videos when applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If approved, we will provide:

• Return authorization
• Return instructions
• Applicable return address

Return locations may vary depending on fulfillment partners, warehouses, or suppliers.

Approved returns must be shipped within 10 days after authorization unless otherwise approved.

Late returns may be refused.


4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Contact us within 7 days if:

• The item arrived damaged
• The item is defective
• You received the wrong item

Depending on the situation, we may provide:

• Replacement product
• Partial refund
• Full refund

Photo or video evidence may be requested.

In many situations, damaged or defective products may not need to be returned unless requested by the warehouse, fulfillment partner, supplier, or manufacturer.


5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items may not qualify for return:

• Items showing signs of misuse or excessive use
• Clearance or final sale products
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous materials
• Products no longer suitable for resale due to use, wear, damage, or missing parts

Certain products may be non-returnable where required by law, safety standards, hygiene requirements, or supplier restrictions.


6. EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product variation, color, or option:

  1. Request a return approval
  2. Return the original item if applicable
  3. Place a new order

7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Change-of-mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: LUVANYO may cover eligible return or replacement costs where applicable.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Returned products may not always be required for approved damaged or defective claims.


8. REFUND PROCESSING

After receiving and reviewing eligible returns:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• Processing time is generally 5–10 business days

Refund approval remains subject to inspection, verification, eligibility review, and compliance with this policy.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds when return conditions are not met.

9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your refund appears delayed:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your card issuer
  3. Contact your bank

Financial institutions may require additional processing time.

10. LEGAL RIGHTS

Certain consumer rights, return rights, or refund rights may apply under applicable federal, state, or local laws.

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
